Shipping policy
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
- After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
- Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen.
- We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
- Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee
- We do not accept exchanges.
